Basswood Venetians Slat

Ready Made Wood Blinds are manufactured from a timber species called Basswood which is a very hard and stable American hardwood. This makes it an ideal timber for making into blinds.

Basswood blinds use wands for tilting the slats and cords for raising and lowering the blinds. Tilting controls (wands) are positioned on the Left hand side of the blinds and cords for raising and lowering the blinds are positioned on the Right hand side of the blinds. Our Basswood Blinds come complete with a strong steel head rail, fitting instructions, brackets and screws necessary for the installation. Care of the Basswood Blinds can be done with regular dusting and occasional wiping of the slats with a damp cloth.
